Return & Store Credit Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from Carl & Lyn, so we’ve created a Return and Store Credit Policy that is clear, fair, and customer-friendly.
To help minimize returns and reduce our shipping footprint, we encourage you to review product descriptions, size guides, and our FAQ prior to purchasing. We strive to provide transparency so you can enjoy your items once they arrive.
Return Timeframe and Product Eligibility
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your item(s) to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn and unused

With tags attached

In its original packaging where applicable
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if the original transaction was made in person.
A $5.00 flat return shipping fee is applied to each return event. A return event is defined as one return shipment using one return label. We only offer store credit for eligible refunds, returns, and exchanges so the flat return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit provided, where applicable.
Example:
If you purchase five items and return one item, one return label will be issued and a $5.00 fee applied.
If you later return additional items from the same order using a new label, an additional $5.00 fee will apply.
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items section below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 7 calendar days of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

Clearance items

Gift cards

Jewelry

Please contact us immediately after delivery if your item was damaged in transit or if you have questions about a specific product.
Refunds & Store Credit
Carl & Lyn does not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only for a future purchase or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 10 business days following inspection minus the flat rate shipping fee(s).
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date for items eligible for return.
All exchanges are processed as returns for store credit. Store credit may then be used to place a new order for the desired size, color, or item.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging where applicable).

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Package the approved item(s) in the original packaging and attach the provided return label.

Drop off the package with the specified carrier or schedule a pickup if available.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and issue store credit according to this policy.
