How does sizing run and is there a size guide?

Customers are encouraged to review Product Descriptions and Size Charts/guides before purchasing to help ensure proper fit. Specific sizing details vary by product.

Are your products true to color in photos?

Product descriptions and images are given to provide transparency. However, precise color accuracy guarantees are not possible due to factors beyond our control like varying screen brightness, screen filters, or chosen accessibility options, and the nature of some product materials innately featuring color variability as described in their product descriptions.

Many of our product photos reflect a mockup of the actual product and design to provide a more realistic view of the product.

What is Made to Order (MTO)? What is Print on Demand (POD)?

Made to Order (MTO) means your product is created specifically after you place your order. Instead of being made in bulk and stored in warehouses, each item is produced just for you, per the size and color you selected, which may result in slightly longer delivery times.

Print on Demand (POD) means your product starts as a base item and is finished after purchase. This can include printing, pressing, or embroidering the design once your order is placed. Like Made to Order items, this process happens only when there’s a purchase, which can also extend delivery time slightly.

**Both methods help reduce excess inventory and waste by producing items only when they’re needed.**

Why should I care if my product is Made to Order or Printed on Demand?

Choosing Made to Order or Print on Demand products helps support more sustainable shopping practices.

Instead of mass-producing items that may go unsold and end up as waste, these methods:

Do you restock sold-out items?

We replenish stock according to customer demand. Non-seasonal products are generally sold year-round.

Seasonal, Limited edition, and Holiday-themed products are regularly updated with new designs and styles, making them a must-have!

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Generally speaking, we offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable. A $5 flat return shipping fee applies to each return shipment. This return window pertains to products that are eligible for return.

Do you offer refunds?

No, Carl & Lyn does not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your item to request a return or exchange.

Are sale or clearance items returnable?

No. Clearance items and Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All products eligible for return must comply with our Return & Refund policy (aka Refund Policy).

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 calendar days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for eligible items. Exchanges are processed as returns for store credit, which can be used to place a new order.

Order Tracking & Shipping

How long does shipping take and is it free?

We offer free economy shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery time is calculated by adding fulfillment time and shipping time.

• Fulfillment time ranges from 1–5 business days depending on the product (made-to-order, print-on-demand, and customized items may take longer).

• Shipping time ranges from 5–23 business days depending on the destination and product type.

Total estimated delivery time varies based on these factors.

Do made-to-order or customized items take longer to ship?

Yes. Made-to-order, print-on-demand, and customized products typically have longer fulfillment and shipping times compared to other items. This is included in your estimated delivery timeframe.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, we currently only ship within the United States and do not sell products internationally at this time.

How will I know when my order ships? How do I track my order?

Customers receive shipping updates via the email provided at checkout once their order has been processed and shipped.

Order tracking can be monitored when a customer sign into their account on our website or by clicking the order tracking link in the order confirmation email we sent when their order was shipped.

What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to fulfillment issues, temporary stock problems, weather, missed delivery attempts, or carrier disruptions.

If your estimated delivery time has passed, please allow an additional 5 business days for possible delays. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@carlandlyn.com or through our Contact Us form with the subject line “I haven’t received my order yet.”

Loyalty Rewards Program | Conscious Collective

How do I join your loyalty program and what are the benefits?
  1. Sign up for a FREE account on our website! Click the person icon at the top right and provide us with basic information. We may request to confirm your sign up via email.
  2. Make a purchase and provide your email during checkout. Your email establishes your account and allows your to earn Conscious Coins for that purchase.

Benefits of the Loyalty Program:

Members collect Conscious Coins on purchases and have access to the loyalty program.

NOTE: A separate subscription is required to opt-in to marketing emails. This subscription provides early access to previews, exclusive emails, and enrollment in the Conscious Collective newsletter. You can opt-in at checkout as well.

What can I redeem rewards for?

Conscious Coins can be redeemed for discounts and C&L branded merchandise offered at time of redemption. Redemption options may change over time.

Example:

$10 Rewards discount for 1000 Conscious Coins, with minimum purchase of $25.00

The program operates Earning on a calendar year basis (January 1 - December 31). Conscious Coins do not expire.

How do I redeem my store credit or loyalty rewards?

Select store credit or redeem your loyalty credits during checkout. Make sure you are signed in when shopping at Carl & Lyn so your purchases are recorded for more Conscious Coins as well.

Use the same email and sign in to help your Conscious Coins increase in one account and to access the store credit you have available.

How do I earn Conscious Coins?

You can earn coins by:

• Purchasing products (earn 10 coins per $1.00 USD, excluding shipping, fees, and any other discounts applied)
• Sharing your birthday
• Following us on social media
• Tagging us while wearing branded merchandise
• Volunteering with aligned nonprofits or in your community

Returns reduce rewards accordingly.

Do Conscious Coins expire?

No, your coins do not expire.

What are Conscious Coins?

Conscious Coins is our loyalty program's reward currency. Loyalty rewards are the Conscious Coins earned for various activities including purchases minus returns.
